01 · General

The basics.

What is a hair replacement system, and how does it work?+

A custom-made hairpiece — a fine, breathable base hand-knotted with real human hair and matched to your colour, density and the way your hair falls. It's bonded to the scalp with skin-safe, water-resistant adhesive and cut into your own hairline so the join disappears. Bases are silk, Swiss lace or a lace-and-poly hybrid, and the result is virtually undetectable. Read the full explainer →

How much does it cost?+

Systems start from £495, with maintenance visits around £60 every 4–6 weeks. We also offer a monthly plan from £300 + £85/month on a 12-month term, which includes 2 hair systems across the year. You'll get an honest, written quote at your free consultation — no surprises, no upsells.

What areas do you serve?+

Our two studios are in Wolverhampton (A6 Moorfield Road, WV2 4QT) and Sedgley (9 Dudley Street, DY3 1SA). Clients travel to us from across Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Dudley, the wider West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire.

02 · Hair Systems

Wearing a system.

Will anyone be able to tell I'm wearing one?+

No — not at conversational distance, not in photographs, not in bright light. The ultra-fine lace or silk base sits flush with your scalp and we cut it into your own hairline. The only people who'll know are the ones you choose to tell.

Are they comfortable to wear?+

Yes — they're lightweight and breathable, and most clients forget they're wearing one after the first week. The base moves naturally and the bond is secure enough for everyday life.

Can I shower, swim and exercise normally?+

Yes. Medical-grade adhesives are fully water-resistant and hold firm through the shower, the gym and the pool. You can swim, sweat, sleep and train in it.

How long does one system last?+

With our four-to-six-week maintenance rhythm, a system typically lasts 8–18 months depending on the base — Signature Silk 14–18 months, Executive Lace 8–12, Platinum Hybrid 12–14 — before it's replaced. We build the replacement cycle into your plan so nothing sneaks up on you.

Does getting a hair system hurt?+

Not at all. It's completely non-surgical — no needles, no anaesthetic, nothing implanted. We clean and prep your scalp, bond the system with a skin-safe adhesive and cut it into your hairline. Most clients find the whole appointment relaxing rather than clinical.

What happens on the day of my first fitting?+

You arrive to a private room, we prep your scalp, then bond the system that's been matched to your exact colour, density and hairline. We cut and style it into your own hair, show you how to care for it at home, and you walk out with a full head of hair the same day — usually in around two hours.

The wider studio.

Do you offer haircuts and aesthetics too?+

Yes — precision haircuts and styling (for your own hair or a system), spa facials, massage, men's facials and medical-grade Botox by qualified practitioners. See all services →

04 · Consultation

Your first visit.

Is the consultation really free?+

Completely free, with no obligation. We assess your hair loss, discuss what's realistic, show you real systems, and give you an honest written quote. No pressure, no follow-up calls unless you ask.

How long does it take, and what happens?+

An unhurried hour in a private room. We examine your scalp and hair-loss pattern, talk through your history and goals, show you options and samples, explain the process and timeline, and hand you a clear quote to take home.

What should I bring?+

Nothing's required, but these help: a photo of your hair when it was fuller, any questions or concerns written down, details of previous treatments, and a sense of the style you're after.

05 · Maintenance

Keeping it perfect.

What does a maintenance visit include?+

Every visit is a deep clean and sanitise, a professional re-bond, and a fresh cut and re-style — plus any minor repairs and the care products you need. From £60, roughly every 4–6 weeks.

How often will I need to come in?+

Typically every 4–6 weeks, depending on your lifestyle, the base you wear and how fast your own hair grows. We set a custom rhythm and keep it in the diary so it's effortless.

What products do I need at home?+

We supply and teach you to use a specialist shampoo and conditioner, the right adhesives and cleaning solution, light styling products and a protective spray. We show you everything at your fitting.
